set-up an Integrated 3” Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) Monolithic Microwave
Integrated Circuits (MMICs) Manufacturing plant and desires to procure the

send their request for tender documents giving the
Tender Ref. No. at the following Address alongwith
Non-refundable Demand Draft of US$ 100.00 each or
equivalent in any free currency or in Indian Rupees, towards
cost of tender in favour of “M/s Semiconductor Complex Ltd.,
(GAETEC)” payable at Hyderabad, India” for the above
equipments. |

Interested Vendors are required to provide their
Company profile, comprehensive product literature, customer
base etc., alongwith their request for Tender Documents. |

The
request for Tender documents must reach us by 19.01.2002
alongwith Tender Fee. |
| 4. |
Tender documents comprising of Technical Specifications of the equipments, terms and
Conditions of the Tender and other informations relevant to
the tender shall be dispatched to the vendors latest by
25.01.2002. |

The
Company takes no responsibility for loss in transit/delay/non
receipt of any request for
tender documents or tender documents mailed by us for whatever
reason. |

Any request, which is not in conformity with
above instructions, shall not be considered. |

The Company reserves the right to reject all or
any of the requests without assigning any reasons thereof. |
