Screening and  qualification of products is an integral part of the process. The manufacturing processes and products are qualified prior to product runs.

Rigorous environment tests are performed during product manufacturing / qualification to ensure that products meet the Quality and Reliability requirements. Adequate environmental test facilities exist for conducting accelerated life and endurance tests to meet any specific qualification and screening programs.
