SCL Library houses technical resource of about 2000 Technical / Engineering books on Micro Electronics, VLSI Design, Process and Manufacturing, MEMs etc. Almost equal number of books are available on industrial management and related topics. Various IEEE journals are also subscribed. The Library is managed through computerized Library Management System.

SCL Library is also  responsible for handling centralized documentation of the organization. Document Control Cell (DCC) in the Library  maintains records of all those documents prepared to meet the requirements of prevalent Quality Systems in the Organization. DCC controls the  issuance (upon revision / replacements), recall and shredding of aged Documents. The main documents with DCC include Quality Manual , Executive Procedures, Departmental Manuals, Operations Support Documents, Operating Procedures, Material Process Specification, Design and Drawing Documents, Reference Documents, Work Instructions, Inspection and Workmanship Standards, Process Flow, List of Equipment with each Division, Standards or any other classified Documents  etc.

Library also provides photocopying services as well houses a dedicated facility for internet surfing.
