Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL) is engaged in the design, development and
manufacture of VLSIs at its facility at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
India.
SCL wishes to procure the following for its operations.

The “Request for Proposal (RFP)” and “Specifications” of the above said
equipment shall remain on our Website till August 07,2008. Interested
O.E.Ms are requested to download the above said documents for the above said
equipment and are also requested to advise by e-mail/fax at the e-mail
ID/fax nos. given above their particulars including their company profile
and Installed base.
With a view to provide clarifications, if any, to the
prospective bidders on the specifications of the above said equipment and
the Commercial and other Terms and Conditions of the RFP, SCL shall hold a
‘Pre-Bid Conference’ at it’s premises at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab,
India as per schedule indicated above. In light of the above said objective
of the Pre-bid conference, prospective OEMs must ensure that they or their
authorized representatives attend the same as per the above given schedule.
Before submitting the proposals, all the prospective bidders
are advised to go through the minutes of proceedings of the Pre-bid
conference which shall be placed at SCL’s website and take the
clarifications/ modifications/changes (if any) mentioned therein into
account while submitting the proposal.
The proposals shall be submitted by O.E.Ms only in accordance
with the instructions and the ‘Procedure for Submission of proposals’ given
in the “RFP” and should reach SCL, S.A.S. Nagar no later than the last date
and time indicated above.
SCL takes no responsibility for the delay or loss in transit
of any document related to this Tender Notice. SCL reserves the right to
procure the above said equipment or defer or cancel the above said Tender
without assigning any reason thereof.
