SCL invites proposals from vendors
having experience of producing products in 0.35 micron and 0.25 micron or better
CMOS technologies in their wafer fabs for the world market to execute the
following:

Tender
ref. no. P&S/04/02 |
Technological upgradation of SCL’s
existing 0.8 micron CMOS 6” Fab to 0.35 micron technology by supplying,
installing and commissioning differential refurbished equipment. |

ii) |
Tender
ref. no. P&S/04/03 |
Supply, installation and commissioning of
8” wafer fab with refurbished equipment with 0.25 micron or better CMOS
technology. |
SCL may choose either of the above two
options. Interested vendors are
requested to access Requests for Proposals (RFPs) available at SCL’s website
and download the same. Printed RFPs
can also be obtained from SCL by post/by hand, free of cost upto June 26, 2006.
SCL shall not be responsible for the loss/delay in transit of the printed
RFPs. SCL reserves the right to
defer or cancel the abovesaid tender
